Subscriber is acknowledging and agreeing that the T & C governing Our Discord server, and any applicable Subscription Terms and Provider Terms are valid and binding on Subscriber in all regards.

Company reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or terminate the T & C in any way at any time, and any such modification will be effective immediately upon posting the modification. Subscribers should check this T & C periodically for modifications. All Subscribers using the Products before and/or after the posting of such modifications will be bound by such modifications.

Use of Service. Subscriber agrees that Our Discord server and its services are furnished and shall be used solely for Subscriber’s personal use only. Subscriber shall not have the right to directly or indirectly transmit, broadcast, redistribute, forward or deliver the Products or any part of the data, information, images, or other products which constitute the information, Products to any other person or entity, in any format (including, but not limited to framing, deep linking, or embedding), or by any means without express written permission of Company. Subscriber may not use the Products in any way which may violate or infringe Our expressly reserved rights, the rights of Our providers, and the rights of third parties. Subscriber shall use the Subscribers’ information only in a manner which is consistent with these Terms and Conditions. Subscriber shall be fully responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account access information and for all charges made to Subscriber’s account on Discord sessions. 

Refund Policy. All sales are final upon processing. Subscription services will be billed to the payment method on file every 30 days (or annually depending on subscription) and are non-refundable once processed. Cancellation of a Company Premium subscription (including Premium Tier 7-day Free Trial) must be made in advance of the billing date by visiting the Subscriber’s account profile in https://papergains.memberful.com/account/subscriptions and pressing “Turn off auto-renew”. If a Company Premium subscription cannot be canceled, Subscriber agrees that You are bound by the results of the original subscription You placed.

DO NOT BASE ANY INVESTMENT DECISION UPON ANY MATERIALS FOUND ON THIS WEBSITE OR INSTAGRAM OR CHATROOM.

Subscriber agrees not to hold Company liable for any damages of any kind resulting from Your decision to disclose Your access number(s), password(s) or account number(s) to any third party, including, but not limited to, entities that aggregate account information or website content, or persons who are or claim to be acting as Your agent, proxy or investment manager. If Subscribers inform Us or We have reason to believe that the security of Subscribers’ account password may be or has been compromised, We have the right to terminate Subscriber’s use of Our Products.

Subscriber agrees immediately to notify Company if Subscriber becomes aware of any loss or theft of Subscriber’s access number(s), password(s) and/or account number(s), or any unauthorized use of any of Subscriber’s access number(s), password(s) and/or account number(s).
