Community Guidelines

By joining any PaperGains-hosted Discord server or program, you agree to:

  • Respect Others: No personal attacks, harassment, or hate speech. Violators will be removed without refund.

  • No Spam or Trolling: Disruptive behavior is not tolerated.

  • Independent Research: We provide educational content and trade ideas. You are responsible for your own due diligence.

  • No Guarantees: Results are not guaranteed. Use our content at your own discretion.

  • No Unapproved Promotions: Do not promote products, services, or personal businesses without admin approval.

  • No Solicitation for Money: Never ask for or offer to trade on others’ behalf.

  • Keep It Clean: No NSFW content is allowed.

Promo Code and Account Policies

  • Promo Code Abuse: Promo codes are valid for one use per person. Abuse (e.g., multiple accounts) will lead to termination without refund.

  • Account Use: Each member is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit pricing or access is prohibited.

Subscription & Billing Policies

  • No Refunds: All purchases are final. We do not issue refunds after a subscription is activated.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by the user before the billing cycle ends.

  • Cancellation Process: You may cancel anytime via your user dashboard on Whop.com. Leaving a Discord server does not cancel billing.

  • Customer Support: Contact us at [email protected] if you encounter issues with cancellation before renewal.

  • Discount Terms: Discounts and coupon benefits end upon cancellation. Standard pricing applies thereafter.
